The Newsletter is published twelve times per year, on the 1st of each month. Ad copy is due on the 20th of the month for inclusion in the next month's issue.
The newsletter is distributed by email, US Mail, on the web, and copies are left at drop-off locations around the Tri-Cities. The print version uses 11 x 17" sheets, folded and stapled to produce an 8.5 x 11" page format. The front and back cover are full color and the inner pages are black and white.
Advertisers who spend $45 or more in a 12-month period will receive a free one-year listing in Rainbow Referrals on our website.
